Thank you Bliss for stopping by and for your greeting. Paint Lick is a little village in Kentucky named for one of the many salt licks in the area common in pioneer days as the main source of their salt. There is a Blue Lick, and a White Lick, and even a Bone Lick in Kentucky. But Paint Lick is a wonderful community with a great spirit, you’d really like it, I’m sure.

Looked at your art; you are one talented artist. We have some folks in the area that do art also and they will want to see your page.

    Wishing you peace and prosperity.

I’ve lived here since 1991 and have learned to love it. It’s one of those communitys you hear people talk about being able to leave their doors unlocked at night. One where when something happens to a neighbor everybody feels it and pulls together to help.
There is a lot of history to discover here and a lot more to make.
