It was a near perfect day in Paint Lick Saturday, for the annual Christmas in the Village celebration. A light snow provided the visual proof that winter had indeed come and that Santa’s visit could proceed. Lots of kids, first at Santa’s arrival at the fire station and then on to Friend’s of Paint Lick for refreshments, crafts, and more gifts.

A BIG thank you to everyone who made it a great day in the village: our volunteer fire department, the sponsors who donated the raffle prizes, the story-tellers, craft workers, food providers, and of course our volunteers at Friends. The total raised for the Friends budget is at $570.
